You should probably promote your kofi, vgen, patreon, etc to discord advertising areas, twt, bsky, tumblr, etc with tags & examples. That’s typically how u get ppl to interact in the kofi/vgen/etc in the first place

For ppl to simply just donate money w/o buying anything (a tip). You can also host fundraisers for specific things. As for advertising, I wouldn’t say you should do it directly on either of these sites (3)

And it also shows comm status (open/closed). + there’s a space for u to upload individual ocs of urs for ppl who wanna draw it for u n stuff. As for Ko-fi, I see it as the intermediate b/w vgen & gofundme. It works like vgen (w/o the slot for characters), but also has an extra place..(2)

Saying to be against gen ai “is ableist” is actual ableism! You’re not only dismissing thousands of years of art and work done by disabled people, who have always been creating, but by supporting ai you also cutting off a big source of income for many disabled artists on top of stealing their work
