My grandfather gave me his 1981 recording as I went off to college and that is what got me to return to practicing again:-) I cannot even listen to anyone else’s Bach after hearing Gould’s perfectly independent voicing.

Bach’s music is the most emotionally moving music I’ve ever heard, and my favorite to play.

oh, I understand the northern latitude thing, but dropping daylight savings time makes for a pretty abrupt change.

maine should probably be in Atlantic time... It still doesn’t change the fact that it gets dark at a ridiculously early time at our latitude and switching to standard time doesn’t help.

honestly, I don’t care which one we keep just stick with one. It does get a bit dark in Maine at this time of year so maybe it’s better to stay on daylight savings town year-round.

Well, I understand your arguments, and certainly respect your point of view. At the moment, I'm looking at what he is standing for and campaigning on--which involves appropriately taxing the rich and the need for universal healthcare---and I don't see any other person campaigning for these things.

I guess my feeling is that the things he is campaigning on are things I totally agree with and I believe he sincerely believes in too. Also, many of us have done stupid things when we were younger and have learned from them.
I don’t, for instance think he is in any way similar to Fetterman.
