Today marks just the 32nd time ever that the MLB, NBA, NHL, and NFL are all playing simultaneously. If you're planning to place any bets, the MGC reminds you to gamble responsibly, understand your limits, and only use licensed operators.

This 10-month study examined gambling behaviors among 18–24-year-olds through surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Community members and stakeholders came together to discuss next steps for addressing gambling risks in Medford.

Commissioners and MGC staff were on hand last week as the City of Medford and OMNI consultants presented findings from their Young Adult Gambling Needs Assessment, funded by the Community Mitigation Fund.

To date, the Commonwealth has collected approximately $339.15M in total taxes and assessments from licensed operators' sports wagering operations since sports wagering began in person on January 31, 2023, and online on March 10, 2023.

The MGC September 2025 revenue report highlights $95.69M in Gross Gaming Revenue generated at Mass. casinos and $52.34M in Sports Wagering Revenue generated among the state's sports wagering licensees.
