Oof...I feel for you. The mental stuff is super hard. What helped me was discovering the framing of how lucky I am that I get to be the result of billions of years of evolution leading to my participation of the universe getting to *experience* itself. That it feels so temporary is softened.

See, I like the idea of government. I like the idea of a community where everyone has a voice and everyone contributes (if they can) to the common good.

I'm against bad government, but it's the _bad_ I object to, not the _government_.

It seems far easier to me to try to fix a corrupt government than it is to try to fix *all* the corrupt corporations and oligarchs.
