New: Police have launched an international manhunt for the husband of Harshita Brella, whose body was found in the boot of a car in east London last Thursday.
Police believe Pankaj Lamba, 23, fled the country after killing her.
Yet another grim episode of police incompetence. The Met involved, again.
Officers telling victims that they need to do the investigatory work, dragging their feet to carry out basic police work.
