I draw elves with big Warcraft ears because it makes them read as elves when they’re 1” tall minis.
Also, big elf ears are cool.

It totally sucks to lose business, but when the client is blatantly like “No DEI” maaaybe you don’t want to be associated with them 😬

I focus on silhouette, weight and motion, not so much on detail. So do that, I guess

Stylized is a very broad word, so I can’t say I have a specific answer other than have a clear idea about what you’d like your style to be and shoot for that. Also embrace the neat styles you find along the way
