Where was I today? Learning and jamming games of @riftbound.riotgames.com with @rebell.bsky.social and @ridiculous.chat the VIP event for NYCC. Loved the 1v1 environment but LOVED LOVED the multiplayer. More to come but you should definitely give Riftbound a try even if you’re not a league player.

When I first really and fully stepped into the space, you and BOP were there. You didn’t just cultivate, you CARVED a space. And that takes effort, determination, and diligence. Onwards and upwards because there’s oh so many currents to ride in this big wide world. 🧡🫂

I’m actually, viscerally frustrated with no solution for it. Feeling a lot of ‘too late’. A lot of ‘right this, wrong that’. All the while talking about mental blocks I have in place. How much I’m holding MYSELF back. Maybe Fall/Winter reflection will be a good thing.

Sometimes all your decks just flop in one night. Nothing works, nothing clicks, they move at an absolute snail’s pace. And you ask yourself like, “what could I change?” or “what’s the learning here?” And there just isn’t one. We’re playing a game of variables hoping for constants.
