Maybe it's because I work in a field where mistakes kill people, but I don't think AI is nearly accurate or reliable enough to be as pervasive as it is, and the AI apologists won't see it until people die from their actions (which is already happening with AI encouraging suicide!!)

Not all tools are good, useful, or correct. Just look at Dowsing Rods, which have a similar accuracy rate to most AI LLM models (aka a broken clock is right twice a day).

We don't need to be using shitty tools that have greater energy requirements than some countries.
