Great scenery, but I was saddened by the amount of litter within a mile of the car park - which incidentally has a couple of large bins 😠

Find a low wall, bench, small boulder etc and do step ups and downs to develop leg strength. Also short steep hill sprints (no more than 10 seconds) with long recovery between each one.
