At today’s roundtable, I heard powerful stories from federal workers fired b/c of Trump’s DOGE cuts.

While my opponent wants to make DOGE permanent and continue the attack on our community, I’ll stand with our neighbors—every step of the way.

The irony? 90% of USDA staff already work outside DC—& Trump’s admin is downsizing regional offices & shutting research stations nationwide too.

ICE arrests of people without criminal records surge in Virginia The shift came soon after the Trump administration tripled ICE's arrest quota.

MOST people in our region arrested by ICE have no criminal charges or convictions. Trump’s mass deportation scheme is targeting law-abiding, hardworking people, disrupting our economy, and not making our community safer.
