Without a doubt you’re right. We’ve been wired since birth to do certain things without questioning, it took me over 35 years to start stripping all those factors out of my life and becoming vegan was a natural progression. Once we confront our own part in normalised cruelty we can then move forward

I’m in complete agreement with you. I’ve been vegan for 5 years now and it was the best decision of my life, both for my health, for my values and the e coronet. Good luck with your process! I know it can be hard so make sure you’re kind to yourself too.
