As soon as I mentioned that I had chocolate milk in his Chase cup already made, though, he was immediately up. 😂

I was waking up my 3-year-old this morning.

Me: Good Morning Glenn, it’s time to get up.
Glenn: It’s still dark outside…I need finish sleeping.

I honestly felt that in my soul.

It is disheartening that there are even thoughts that have been spoken in these circles of removing social and emotional support from schools.

I will make them aware if they aren't already. Each association has planned Days on the Hill and will be ready if something like this comes up.

I am contracted full-time at an Elementary School, and losing support like mine, our school counselor, and school psychologist would be detrimental.

I have not heard about this. I can contact my contacts at the Utah Association of School Psychologists and the Utah School Counselor Association to see if they are in the loop about this.

Do you have any information about this?

After last Tuesday’s results my first thing I wrote in my notes app was “My voice needs to be heard. I can't sit back.”
