YES, I don't recall which cheats I used -- probably one for a bunch of $ or to get everyone's hearts to red or something goofy. I went to use a tool and this black 🪓 refused to move out of the slot! It was so weird! I got creeped out, restarted the game, & never touched the Action Replay since!
