Glad to announce the Research News also is has an AI (LLM) that provides a Simplified Title & Abstract for non-scientific readers & aimed to provide accessibility to science! danieldynesius.github.io/covid/new_re...
Update 🎷🪅:
New tab on the website "Research News". Pretty self-explanatory.
It lists the 30 days latest research related to covid-19 and sars-cov-2. It shows Title, Publication Date, Abstract, and URL to Full Article.

Hmm I think what I need to do next is adding data to improve completeness and predictions.
There will be technically challenges.
A first implementation of a prediction model for covid-19 transmission via wastewater. It currently is on country level and predicts 4 weeks forward using a basic neural net (LSTM).
Alright! Here we go, first prediction models are up. It's alpha so I am just happy that kinda runs to be honest 😅
It doesn't yet run for all countries (bugs to fix!).
Now I will focus on:
* maint
* first sanity checks on raw data
* data enrichment
First Covid-19 Wastewater Forecasting will be on country level. Using it's previous 1 year of data (if available) using a simple neural net. It unfortunately won't be great at predicting very large spikes that can occur.
