It’s beautiful stuff indeed. Hmmm have you come across The Church? (apart from theirs very well-known late 80s song). Another luscious band that’s been around for a lifetime it seems.

I’ve been so into Slowdive over the last year or so (thanks to my son reminding me about them), and it was VERY pleasing to suddenly hear some coming from my car stereo yesterday - from a RADIO station. Very impressive and unexpected.

Apart from his on-the-spot wit and eloquence, I enjoyed and appreciated an artist being unashamedly political between songs (I guess artists and performers we see often politely hint at the issues the music might be portraying). Stirring emotions occurred in me upon the strong affirmative response.
