Demon King first form, a centipede of spikes with demon wings and a huge brainy three-eyed demon head

Orgodemir second stage, a flamboyant three eyed humanoid demon with wings dressed in purples

Third stage, a blend of the first and second but the flesh is dripping off

Final stage looks like the first but is so degraded and melted that bones are visible through and the jaw is barely attached

I adore how different Dragon Quest VII final boss Demon King Orgodemir's phases are from traditional Toriyama transformations. He starts out as a huge monster, assumes a flamboyant second stage, then visibly rots as he weakens and struggles to hold his form together over the course of the fight.
