Update: I woke up about 15 minutes ago and they were STILL going but I could tell it was finally winding down and people were leaving. It's now 5:30 and it's finally quiet. These people have been loud as hell since the day I moved in but this morning was the final straw. Telling the office today. 😡

Words can not describe just how much I loathe my upstairs neighbors. Who the fuck has a rager at 2am on a fucking Sunday, has the cops called on them and still have the audacity to continue to keep their noise levels the same even after the police leave?
