Following up, as you can see from these screenshots, my Discord account was also hacked earlier today. As usual, please be wary of such links and avoid clicking them at all costs before it's too late.

I have since regained account control with the necessary preventive measures ahead

Fortunately, my Steam account is now back in my control and in safe hands, but hope this entire ordeal shows what steps you need to take when you're facing similar situations, regardless of which online platform you're in. Thanks for reading through and stay safe guys.

From the discoveries, it is found that the hacker apparently (and mysteriously) gained access to my account from a desktop at "Novosibirsk, RU".

Immediately, I had signed out of all devices, changed my password, enabled 2FA, and reported to Steam when I caught wind of it

Don't put the "&" character in Adobe file names because when I tried dragging stuff between After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder...nothing happened. And when I removed the "&" from the name, it started working again.
