Storm The 2nd member of the Chaos Renegades. A young man who survives the streets on his own terms. Storm is known for his skill in fighting, that many don't want to approach him. Some time had passed, then he was followed by Shrapnel, who wanted him to join his cause. Storm refused, but decided that he would join just to fight worthy opponents instead of being in a place where no one wants to challenge him.

Shrapnel The leader of the Chaos Renegades, a group of ninjas that battle for their own destiny. A ninja whose life is shrouded in mystery, Shrapnel was created in a lab by the WNA scientists to make the strongest ninja, physically and mentally. Shrapnel is Sparx's rival due to Shrapnel being given power, but Sparx is a normal person with natural talent can keep up with him. Despite that, they both have high respect for each other, despite their views being different in regards to being a ninja.
