No child should become a victim of decisions made by politicians hiding behind the iron walls of their palaces.

Biological sex is not a static reality. Scholars have spent decades pointing out how assuming a sex binary is not only wrong but also unethical as it erases the lives of those who are embodied differently. Courts should not give effect to “common sense” when such sense is unethical and unscientific.

I look forward to the day when people completely stop describing this woman as a feminist.
