Sad thing is I've been applying to onsite & hybrid positions too. Positions that I'm extremely qualified for. And it's been nothing but rejection emails, silence or ghosting mid-process.

I'm at the point where I'll take anything I'm even remotely qualified for, as long as there is decent pay.

That movie was one of my absolute favorites growing up but, yeah that scene is just the tops. I love how they incorporated the characteristics of each into each of the animals. And the banter!

This. It's just really hard to juggle with everything that comes with parenthood. The common interests & schedules have to work out just right or it's not happening.
