Starting out the week with a toughie (for me).

We finally got some hopeful news about vaquita last fall, but now Mexico is considering re-introducing gillnets into their habitat. This would ensure eventual extinction, we can't let this happen.

Please share and send emails, letters, etc to Mexican representatives to stop this.

Right? It feels like a constant onslaught. But hopefully this, at least, can be stopped. Thank you for caring. ❤️

It's important for people to know that despite low numbers, the vaquita can still bounce back! Studies show they are resistant to genetic bottlenecking. We can't stop advocating for protections, it's not too late for them.

This news is heartbreaking, but if we make some noise maybe we can stop it.

Two new tables sitting in a small studio space ready for use! Brown drafting table on the left and black printer table in the closet alcove.

Finally found some tables that fit the new studio space! Very tempted to do a "Studio Setup: Part 2" stream on Monday to finish organizing my art supplies and to test out the printer/die cut machine situation.

Can't wait to get this space fully functional!
