Activists have denounced that he is being held in the Dragones station and was beaten by state security forces.

Others face surveillance, internet cut-offs, harassment and re-arrest.
Many know that they could be re-arrested at any time if they speak out again.
No list of beneficiaries was made public. The existence of people imprisoned for political reasons was not recognised, and above all, hundreds of people remain in Cuban prisons just for exercising their human rights.

On 10 March, the Cuban government announced that the release process, initiated in January after talks with the Vatican, had been completed.

Activists and #DDDHH organizations denounce the arbitrary detention of @AmnistiaOnline POC Felix Navarro and his wife, Sonia Alvarez Campillo. Their activism and leadership have earned them decades of jail and repression.
Felix, Sonia, Sayli, all must be released immediately and unconditionally now.
Let's never forget it....
