Extremely sad to learn that William Finn has died. Falsettos has been my favorite musical since I first saw it when I was 14. No one else writes like him, and while I'm grateful for how much of his work we have, it's hard to believe there won't be any more.

A banana sold for $6.2 million with fees to a crypto entrepreneur at a Sotheby’s art auction on Wednesday. It became what is arguably the most expensive fruit in the world — though it will likely be tossed in a couple days.

Amen.
