it's so hard to avoid when you're giving it everything you've got, all the time.
there's tons of good advice in here but what's personally helped me is learning from the process of getting burnt out, what my personal telltale signs were, and to watch for those.

Saw @robbiebanfitch.bsky.social's Tinsman Road last night in Seattle - I really enjoyed it, and while being found footage it felt so different compared to The Outwaters. The camera choice and cast was fantastic and really built the world in a way that affected me. Also loved the wildlife shots!
