Smartwatch data? How know if someone is autistic by counting my steps and heart rate?

There is a difference between questioning things and just being contrarian

We have a problem with people "questioning" with 0 knowledge and no informed rebuttal.

Additionally - the SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that these people are entitled to due process. The Trump Regime is refusing to follow court orders.

The right to due process was built into the Bill of Rights because it's foundational to every other right we have. Without it any authority figure could deprive you of your rights without any protections or legal recourse.

So I think I understand better. But Roe v. Wade was not codified into law via the constitution. It was only a legal precedent and therefore open to interpretation.

Judges can't just change laws that are in the literal Bill of Rights because they are in the majority and it serves their ideology.

Wr have LEGALLY been deporting people since the beginning of deportation.

Biden deported more people both as a raw number and a percentage than Trump. We know how to deport people and follow the rule of law.

What is there to interpret here. Nowhere in the constitution does it imply that you only get rights if you're a citizen. That wasn't even a thing back when they wrote it.

There has never been a good faith debate on this, and no court has ever ruled in a way that would lean that direction.

Last one:

If me asking that question immediately makes you think I'm talking poorly about you, that's good, because it means you understand that your thought process on this is wrong.

All men are created equal, not all Americans.

It is very typical to want to play the victim as soon as someone calls a spade a spade.

Sorry you don't like someone talking to you like you're and adult and not sugar coating everything.

I can go as low as you want. But in this case I didn't insult I just said that I don't know what kind of person it takes to think that all men are not created equal

Where is the insult?

I'm not sure what's hard to understand. The constitution guarantees rights for EVERYONE not just citizens.

I don't know what kind of person you have to be to have a hard time grasping that people are entitled to certain rights, even if they don't look like you or come from where you come from.

The point here being that deportations are happening without due process and it's DEFINITELY caught up a few American citizen minors in that.

The father of that child has a say in what happens to the child, and that would need to be hashed out in court. It's the whole point of having "due process"

07.05.2025 14:55 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I ask for source because from what I ha e read the father of one of those children attempted to block the deportation but they had already deported them.

The judge in that case said thet suspected that they'd just deported a US citizen without due process.

Source?

Nah I got it wrong. Though there have been a or 4 children and a handful of adults that have been illegally held in same cases up to 10 days.

At any rate, deporting children fighting cancer, when they have a father in the country that is a US citizen is indefensible.

Does that include the US Marine combat vet that was deported in the middle of the night?
