First attempt at eggs benedict this morning. Got the shape and aesthetic of the eggs pretty good, but the yolk wasnt runny enough. The hollandaise sauce was a bit of a disaster, way too buttery and the texture was a lil off. But overall im happy with my first attempt and my girlfriend liked it too
