#Innerspace is one of the most underrated and underseen films of 1987, and of the 80s, and of all time. Such a shame it didn't click with mass audiences - and it's aging beautifully. Phenomenal cast, sensational special effects, neverending explosions of healthy humour.

It's more about me enjoying discovering classic films I somehow missed before, especially when they hit close to home - I live in Poland. We share a lot of history with the Russians and Ukrainians.

I have heard horrific stories about that film. I need to finally see it. I realize it's going to be a tough experience though.

I heard about it years ago.

Reports said it smelled actually nice. But not like a nice vagina at all. So the joke there was (probably): "my vagina smells nice, and this candle smells nice, so it smells like my vagina". Something like that.

It was actually women who deciphered that mystery.

It's probably already out there somewhere, but was overlooked. Probably because people who could appreciate it were too busy smoking weed and having sex, and gods bless them for it.

The needle should have moved more towards thought provoking SF, or laughable cheese fest, and it's kinda in the middle. But I must admit I didn't hate it. It was oddly watchable and I couldn't say exactly why.

I really wanted to enjoy it as a so bad it's good horror film based on the "hype" it got over the years, but when I finally watched it, it turned out to be kind of boring and flat. But I got some fun from it. Not much though.
