Earlier, Gaza's Government Media Office reported that at least 40 people were killed.

Israel massacred at least 40 Palestinians and injured at least 60 others.

Israel targeted a designated humanitarian zone in al-Mawasi camp in southern Gaza. Many Palestinians, reportedly entire families, are missing buried under the sand.
