17.06.2025 17:06 β π 1362 π 355 π¬ 25 π 15The federal government is moving to take over the California National Guard and deploy 2,000 soldiers.
That move is purposefully inflammatory and will only escalate tensions.
The most striking thing about the LA protests is how many people just dropped everything to show up and yell at federal agents. There are people in suits, and carrying dogs, and wearing flip flops or bike helmets.
These are not people who planned to do this today. But there they are.
This was exhausting and cringey to listen to. It sounds like the pattern of the conversations I had with my grandma deep into her Alzheimerβs years.

I know others have gone into detail throughout the day, but I just want to make sure I highlight how important Judge Paula Xinis's order from today in Kilmar Abrego Garcia's case is.
It is about discovery β the evidence the gov't is to turn over β but her points are sharp and the context is key.
it's important this go as viral as the original story for morale purposes if nothing else. despite the image they project these people are NOT unaccountable. consequences CAN be forced. focused anger and outrage MATTERS.

When Andrew Tate was charged with rape and human trafficking, Trump intervened to fly him back to the US.
When a working-class father of a disabled 5-year-old child was wrongfully deported and charged with NO crime, Trump refuses to lift a finger.

15.04.2025 21:13 β π 163 π 2 π¬ 6 π 0Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been sitting in a Salvadoran prison for over a month because the Trump Admin made a mistake.
Now, the Admin is defying SCOTUS & refusing to bring him back.
If we allow Trump to violate Kilmar's rights, none of our rights are safe.
Kilmar is all of us.
It is now a fireable offense to be a civil servant with a moral code.

This threatens the rights and freedoms of everyone in the United States.
No one should be above the law, most especially the President.
Ignoring a Supreme Court ruling to facilitate Kilmar Abrego Garcia's return isn't just cruel; it's unconstitutional.
They're saying the quiet part aloud β if they get away with it now, they'll do it to anyone.
