Absolutely delighted that Murder Most Cryptic is going to be published in the US πŸ₯³

We *will* get the cryptic to catch on Stateside.

Oh and I was so excited I added a couple of gfx to the official trade announcement, but kept it v subtle and British-understated so not sure if you’ll spot them.

Wherever I go and whatever I do, walking across Waterloo Bridge to the National Theatre, even (especially?) on a drizzly dark Monday evening, will always, always make me happy.

Thinking about a book dedication so here are a few I love from some of my favorite authors. The dedication to a string of letters, for the lack of letters particularly has my β™₯️

With thanks to Josephine Tey, Patricia Highsmith, Sarah Caudwell and Robert Crais.

My first Anna Sharpe thriller is out in paperback today so here’s the obligatory photograph of me looking awkward while holding a copy of my own book. Please for godssakes buy it. It got great reviews. People like it. And if you hate it, you can always use it to swat flies.
