Manneken Belgian Saison- OG-1.062 FG-1.004 SRM-5 IBU- 30.4 ABV- 7.5% Fermentables- DME Pilsen and DME Bavarian Wheat. Grains-Weyermann Floor Malted Pilsner, Aromatic, White Wheat, and Acidulated, Flaked Barley.Hops- Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnanger, Strisselspalt. Yeast- Safale Saison BE-134.

Sugaree Belgian Trippel Ale- OG-1.070 FG-1.009 ABV-8.1% IBU-38 SRM-6.1 Malts-Pilsen,Mecca Grade Estates Pelton Pilsen Malt, Aromatic, Carapils. Hops- Perle, Spalt. Yeast- Imperial B48. Adjuncts- Belgian Candi Sugar. Big malt flavor balanced with German Noble hops. Nice head and head retention.
