I just learned that Krispy Kreme is returning to the Twin Cities, which caused me to learn that they left the Twin Cities 17 years ago, which led me to learn that their initial debut here (and related madness I distinctly remember) was 23 years ago so I’m just gonna sit here and be dust for a bit.

Hasbro, 1999-2000, mostly the “DC Superheroes” but Martian Manhunter and Blue Supes had “JLA” packaging and Joker and Batman Beyond were individual releases.

Are either of them in the Conglomeration? Because Clifford is definitely in the Conglomeration.

When I preordered him I seriously considered getting soft goods from a third party. The prices are reasonable but I couldn’t get my brain off the idea that I was turning a $30 fig into a $60 fig.

That’s awesome. I didn’t know you messed with 3D printing. I’ve always been tempted but it still seems like a thing where you, you know. Need to know what you’re doing. Requiring skills I do not and probably can not have, heh.

Related - there needs to be an Okada exclusive for some retailer that caters to grown-ass adults so it can come with a middle finger hand. That’s a dealbreaker for me.

Oliver has an UNCANNY sense of when I’m trying to get something done.

It’s called Kiki Fix Loose Joints Solution. Some kind of silicone liquid you can drip into joints to add a bit of additional friction/thickness.

I haven’t tried it yet but the reviews I saw on YT seem to say it’s pretty effective. Probably not permanent - it’ll rub off over time.
