Here’s where McF and I disagree on what makes a good $35 toy. Here are eight faceplates, the bulk of the accessories, for the Supes movie figures I got.

They understand fun and the joy of play in the Retro line, but DCM is so fucking joyless.

Yeah, the Twin Cities Blue Bastards outlets are so bad for toys unless you catch them in a tiny, unpredicable window that I couldn’t trust it. Last three times I was in one I saw a total of zero DC Multiverse figs anywhere.

I can live with myself for paying full price but just barely.

In a sandy military base near some big tents, Mr. Terrificc (DC Multiverse Movie version) uses the T-Spheres molded into his hands to send six military dudes (Breaker, Guile, Fwoosh Cyberninja, Mutt, duGung Ho, and Starduster) flying through the air around him. Kind of like in the movie.

I like this figure but like most DC Multiverse, it’s despite what I paid and what it comes with.

The SDCC Black Panther Swerve Strickland is fucking amazing but goddamn Jazwares needs to do something, ANYTHING, about their standard hip joints. 70 degrees of bend there doesn’t cut it. These are professional wrestlers.
