My order was so weird. I played Metroid 2 on Virtual Console and then Fusion, Super, then I never finished 1.

The reason they were so expensive back then was because the industry was incredibly small and volatile. Part of the cost was because rentals were so prevalent, something that doesn't really exist anymore. N64 was flailing behind PS1 back then and a huge part of that was the inaccessible cost

I wish there was something like a switch lite that was phone sized and had circle pads instead of joysticks.

I don't know about the worst. Iwata wasn't alive to see it, but much of the switch was planned out under his leadership. Reggie started an inclusivity program within NOA, which was seemingly rather toxic prior to his involvement. Even still, the company is not one person but many.

I didn't really like Three Houses for its combat gameplay. It's a good strategy game but the combat aspect is only like half of the game. I think FE7, Sacred Stones, Path of Radiance, or Awakening are good places to start.

8 definitely has a bit of that 2010s Wii U era Mario sterilization, especially with the aggressive shortcut prevention. I think base 8 is the worst Mario kart by a landslide. The DLC and booster course are really the only things saving it. It's got a lot of content but not much else

I think this is a borderlands 4 problem but I also agree that all these games having these problems is kind of hurting the perception of switch 2. I was expecting the switch 2 to achieve something similar to Series S but I'm worried most new releases are going to miss switch 2 in the future.

There's no way they could've created a trailer this soon after that direct. Even still, its branding and identity have always been about spite and cynicism. I don't think it would've gotten popular if it didn't position itself as such

I think a lot of the discourse is very emotionally charged. Personally I can't afford new releases. I don't have the money in my bank account to buy galaxy 2 by itself even if I wanted to. I think these kinds of things just kind of remind people of their financial situations and they just lash out

I feel that most people have no idea what they're doing in life. It's like that saying: "fake it till you make it." I feel like everyone has those kinds of worries. Even when things go awry, it's never over till it's truly over. If things can work out for you now, who's to say it can't happen again.

This isn't the first Nintendo game to do $100. Smash Ultimate after DLC was a bit over $100. Zelda BOTW with the DLC and Switch 2 upgrade is close to $100. Pokemon SV was close to that too, it was $95. I really think the switch 2 upgrade should really just be free. At the very least, be in the DLC

It was closer to $30 before it got dlc. I was trying to get it for $15-20.

Ever since forgotten land got dlc the game went up in price. I was waiting for it to go down. I'm so worried because most of the games like Mario Wonder I've been trying to get used are games that are going to get switch 2 versions 😞

Last night I was planning on getting the switch 2 today, but then I saw the pokemon dlc and won't have enough to get everything... I'll have to wait
