I remember once tweeting that I’d just done half a bottle of red wine having forgotten I’d taken painkillers earlier that evening and said “oh well, if I don’t tweet tomorrow you’ll know I’m dead 😊”

I was a key worker, so 2020 for me was a time of deserted commutes, waking up crying at 04.30 and worrying about how long it would be before a vaccine was developed.

But I also discovered a nature reserve near home I’d never been to before. Great spot to clear the mind, and still is.
