BOYD is locally installed utility tool for extracting, analyzing, and deriving context from AWS CUR parquet files and your cost-incurring AWS resources. No new infrastructure or third party access is required. #AWS www.cloudarchaeologist.com/boyd/index.h...

BOYD leverages the data processing and visualization capabilities of @python.org (3.12), @pola.rs, and @plotly.com #dash.

How does it work? Simply point BOYD at your CUR bucket, select the columns that matter for your use case, and collect the data. Once collected, you can build filters to visualize with @plotly.com charts, apply classifications, and derive context from supported AWS APIs.

If you find Cost Explorer too limiting or want immediate context about your data, BOYD can save you from console pivots or technical complexities otherwise required and streamline visibility of your assets. Access to your CUR parquet via the AWS CLI is all that is required.
