Bea, or Beatrice, is my oldest OC. Even when there’s a drought of Bea drawings for months or years, she always winds up being relevant… This is a casual fit i had designed not long before I had commissioned Rakko for art of her in the baseball bikini

This was a piece of fanart that Rakko-sensei had sent me after having already completed the art I had commissioned him via Skeb. I think he also saw a tweet where I was joking about anime’s aversion to drawing noses & he drew one here, that made me happy. “Let them smell!,” he certainly did.

First draft design concept shown to editors, apparently they liked it enough to “Okay” her into the book. Imagine my surprise… He asked for her full name and i think i went into overdrive on the reason i chose “Beatrice LeBlanc.” I don’t even remember what I said.

Her more fluffy design of the final product. She got a total of 6 pages! As someone with an adoration for doujin works for a long time, my heart grew three sizes. If I am correct, the current issue is called “Suketto Hatsujou!!” Not yet available in English, though Rakko wants to push for it.

My Oc Beatrice makes a cameo in the recently published sequel to Suketto Sanjou!! Don’t ask how i wound up here, but the attached alt text has extra lore.
