Some fairly large concerns with getting to the bottom of whether or not consolidative Obe-cel is curative; Blina is SOC in MRD neg B-ALL. In the 3rd case above, it’s quite likely they would’ve already received blina. Even if CD19 + still can we expect same response? Much to think about here

A few ideas;

1) High risk B-ALL in CR1 MRD neg or low, randomized to consolidative obe-cel vs allo sct

2) B-ALL in 1st relapse. Obe-cel followed by investigator choice maintenance vs obe-cel—>allo sct stratified by risk

3) B-ALL in molecular relapse (MRD- to MRD+) obe-cel vs allo sct
