I know I’m a bit late to this, but today I heard Mamdani is going to initiate L.A. Law, and his first term is going to consist of a mix of legal drama, social commentary, and character-driven storylines, often peppered with moments of dark or off-the-wall humor.

Normal subway things.

Message boards, non-algorithmic & interest-based platforms allow for that.

Moving into the holidays, and on into 2026, I’m gonna start giving *my* online attention to spaces like @record.club @letterboxd.social @serializdapp.bsky.social @codamusic.bsky.social & Goodreads instead ✨✨✨

The inverse relationship b/t high stim algorithmic “everything feeds” that require our constant attention & context switching to succeed—and our own collective mental health—is exhausting and has very clearly reached EOL.

My first stab was recreating the Ressence Type 5BB for Pixel Watch 3, which is a PERFECT fit for the PW given the Ressence's influence on its design 🤩

Just found this old custom watch face concept I did back when the Apple Watch launched in 2015
