The flame was playing attention, but he was still hanging out his coat. The timing was so right his body didn't even have the time to internalise he was now sitting in the armchair next to Spiffo before the latter hit him with the three magic words and the heart-eyes.

«Come on. I won't be the only bad player in the tournament, will I? Surely someone else is there just to do something fun with their friend, other than me.»

He gave Gummy a beaming expression, hoping it was enough to give Rad the chance to have a proper tryout.

The flame raised an eyebrow. Gummy? Talking about personal space? This must be a ragebait attempt. He won't fall for it.

«I do like games too, you know. Although they're usually laid-back ones. I've never tried a game like this.»

He paused briefly, mulling over the comment about him being—

Cue the flame hopping on the couch while Gummy was playing in the living room, which made the feline jump slightly from the unexpectedness.

«Gum!» Before the catto could say something, Rad held out a poster. It advertised a fighting game tournament scheduled for next week.

As the flame spoke, he had ventured into a living-room-like wagon, with armchairs and sofas. He placed Spiffo on the closest one, taking the chance of doffing his coat and hanging it.

Of course he got what Spiffo meant! The raccoon had his back covered. Radegast was quite literally keeping both of them afloat. At least for as long as the spirit's protective nature was dictating the behaviour.
