Loved it, incredible movie.

Saw "Pillion" this evening. Absolutely not entirely prepared for the film it was, but loved it. Harry Melling dominates in a powerful performance that you'll be thinking about for a long time after. Not gonna be for everyone by a long shot, but for me, right up the in my top five for the year.

If my legs were wonky, I'd be pretty furious. (I've got a bad knee, so I'm only mildly miffed).

Has it ever been done before? I can't think of any examples and I've been thinking for seconds!

It was a packed year with some fantastic movies a worthy of "film of the year" but despite that, it's not a difficult choice. I Swear" was powerful and emotional. It really hit home and had me laughing and crying in all the right places. Easily my film of the year.

I don't know why immigrants don't just go on strike. See how long the racists can cope without GP surgeries, nursing, deliveries, food being picked, clothes being made, warehouses being staffed, software being maintained, houses being built...

Get a grip and lighten up. I'd rather live in their world than your bitter and misery filled one.

ONE negative where tiktok is FILLED with positive heartwarming examples. Oh I'm "convinced".

But sure, people should absolutely stop doing nice things for likes cos it offends some online killjoy. Or maybe those miserable arseholes should get off social media and do something positive themselves?

I get what you both mean, BUT, whatever the motive, the recipient of said nice thing has still had a nice thing done for them. So there's always a genuine winner.
