it’s definitely a lot harder to get out and walk for fun and exercise when it’s rainy or super windy or cold! i probably only have a handful of weeks before it’s 100 degrees, so i need to make the most of it lol

i need to get back on my 5-10k steps a day bullshit. i’ve been so sedentary the past few days (except for a lot of standing, which left me with a bunch of back pain) and my hips and knees are just really not happy with me.

also, the baker, who has known me for years but never met him, asked if he was my husband lol

my former partner was gonna go golf at the course near where i live and asked if i wanted to go along and i said sure, but since it was on his way, did he want to stop by my friends’ store to pick up my little pastry order for me? and he said yes, and i just think that gentlebeard.

no, they’re usually sinus or tension headaches (or hormonal). my eustachian tubes have kind of always been a lowkey nightmare, though, and i’ve got a lot of hypermobility, so i think i’m just permaclumsy

it was only slightly annoying until i banged my elbow on the door to the garage when i was doing my laundry this morning, because that shit huuuuurt 🥲

between the near-constant headaches and the fact that i can’t make it through the house without running into a minimum of two walls, corners, or doorknobs lately, perhaps there’s some sort of infection in my head that needs attention.
