I don't like to talk about stories before they are fully reported, but I am writing on ICE in a Minnesota town that isn't Minneapolis. However bad you think it is, it is worse. It is a campaign of pure terror whose only strategic goal is more terror. There is no strategy other than to break people.

This continuing 'Nègres blancs d'Amérique' comparison is so offensive, on so many levels.

It's only taken Trump one year to make the USA this much poorer, lawless, more dangerous, less secure, less reliable. Imagine what the country will look like in three more years. I'm so glad I don't live there and nonetheless resent having to live through the effects of his mad ravings.
