Sigh... We want to believe you. We really do. But it's just hard right now. Every year it’s the same - “rebuild, regain identity, instill pride, compete at a Champions level”. We’ve heard every version of that speech, all the promises that come with it, and all we’ve received in return is disappointment and empty wallets. You talk about support being the foundation, but honestly? It feels like we’re the only ones who’ve actually held up our end of the deal. We've stuck around through terrible signings, uninspired performances, and front office chaos — hoping, begging, gaslit into believing this time would be different.
You’re asking for loyalty when that loyalty has been met with nothing but letdowns. While we saw glimpses of fight earlier this season, how long are we supposed to settle for glimpses? How long are we supposed to leave BMO feeling dejected? You say you need us. So prove it. Not with words but with results. Give us something to believe in again. We don’t want to walk away, but we miss feeling connected. This club used to mean something — it used to make us proud. Now it's just exhausting, and we’re tired of hurting for this team.
