Sorry to explain that parents don't pick grammar schools. The way it works is grammar schools reject children. You seem confused.

Your post seems to confirm that you see a grammar school system as very bad for the other schools. And you are worried about people being divisive.

I did not know that rabies was 100% fatal. That's scary.

Education does NOT exist in order to further widen the gaps where the pupils who arrive in school a little bit further "ahead" or with an advantage are the only ones who can succeed.
