Surely it doesn’t work for everyone, ever project and every language and every period but I also feel like too many people just choose to say that “it easier to do it by hand” without even trying. :)

I so much don’t agree with this statement! In my experience all you need to do is to fine-tune an existing model that is close enough to your materials so you gain quick accuracy improvement with a bit of data. 😇
