Oh shit I'm 40

Im going to hit a pit of depression when this week is over and I no longer have work to keep me busy. I've let friends down. I've hurt people. I've pushed myself to the breaking point and made myself incredibly sick. I'm going to be a total mess next week when I have to focus on rebuilding myself.

One good night without nightmares would be great.

I'm sick. Im distraught. Im seeing things through to the end because it isn't in me to give up. By 5pm Friday, I will have unplugged every last piece of tech in this place. I will brush the ceiling tile dust off my shoulders and collapse into a puddle of nyquil next to my girlfriend's fireplace.
