IV: My First Ever FF game
IX: While I’ve only played a little bit of it I still love its character designs
VII Rebirth: This is a pretty good remake despite the story changes
III: Introduced the Job System giving me so much creativity

There is a lot I could recommend but I think the Master Chief Collection is probably the best bet. It can be easy to play, has a really good story, and the music is sooo good!
