Continue working out 4x a week
Reduce sugar intake (all zero sugar soda, no purchasing candy)
Switch from white to brown rice
Get and use under desk bike

I hope to achieve this in about 3 to 4 months! Wish me luck!

2025 New Years Fitness goal!
I'm posting a before picture to keep me honest. I'm already at a pretty good place with fitness, but I still want to achieve a few more things:
Reduce body fat % by about half (4-5%)
Increase arm muscle size compared to pecs and abs

Trying to buy a new PC, but the scalpers going crazy

Seems like a bigger issue than just an adult filter because it looks like "adult content" is by default on disabled. That means people that normally would have liked the singing and post is likely to skip over this post instead of changing their settings

Oof. I finally had a bad experience with an art1st/r1gger. I asked if a specific kind of rig can be done from my PSD and they said they could do it and we agreed on a price (which she raised after). Then after payment they said it could not be done and wont refund...
