Good reminder that ST is great to evaluate players, but using thier actual results (which is mainly what fans have access to) is not a good way to do so.

If this were our Opening Day lineup, this would either be awful or awesome news.

Awful if it means all our regulars are all injured.

Awesome if it means they're all healthy, but these guys look like all-stars and have beaten them out for a starting spot.

Agreed. I see him as a RH DH and Casas insurance. Still need to do something about 2b/3b. But with Alonso gone, he's a pretty good acquisition.

Exhibit # 2,736,421 why blown saves are a meaningless stat. Our bullpen gave up 1 ER over 7 innings, but got charged with 2 blown saves.
